The smile that says I'm the highest paid reality TV star! Kim Kardashian top list with $6m

By DAILY MAIL REPORTER

No wonder she's smiling! Kim Kardashian, arriving at JFK airport yesterday, has topped a list of highest paid reality TV stars

Kim Kardashian wore a large grin on her face as she touched down in New York yesterday - and she certainly has reason to smile.

The 30-year-old has topped the list of high-earning reality TV stars after raking in an estimated $6million this year.

Her sisters Khloe and Kourtney, who also appear in their family show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, were ranked at number 7 and 8 with $2.5 million each.

As well as her E! show and various spin-offs, Kim endorses a huge range of products, including Quick Trim diet cleanse, Kotex tampons and Skechers sneakers

She is said to earn up to $75,000 for an appearance (which may explain her decision to agree to open a toilet facility in New York's Times Square last month).

And she also collaborates with her sisters on a variety of projects; their autobiography Kardashian Konfidential recently made the New York Times.

But not everything they touch turns to gold - the girls recently scrapped the MasterCard-branded Kardashian Kard after complaints it carried 'outrageous' fees.

Lauren Conrad, Bethenny Frankel, Audrina Patridge, Kate Gosselin, The Situation, Pauly D and Kendra Wilkinson rounded out the top ten.

The Daily Beast's list measured those 'who've cashed in on fame, versus talent' and they only counted reality TV stars with a show that aired or was in production in 2010.

In more good news for Kim, the brunette has made a return to Twitter after a brief 'digital death' to raise money for charity.

She tweeted: 'I am back from the dead! Thank you all so much for your donations and contributions! I have missed u all so much!!!'

Keep A Child Alive campaign hit the $1 million mark last night bringing Kim, Lady Gaga, Alicia Keys, Ryan Seacrest and other stars back to digital life.
