Looking regal: Lady GaGa was typically dressed over-the-top as she left her Paris hotel for dinner yesterday - exposing her cleavage to sub-zero temperatures
With temperatures plunging as low as -7C in snowy Paris, most people are wrapping up to keep warm.
But despite her fury at the weather forcing her to cancel her concert in the French capital on Sunday, Lady Gaga isn't letting the freezing temperatures affect her eccentric wardrobe.
The New Yorker stepped out of the Park Hyatt hotel yesterday in a typically flamboyant outfit with a gaping hole in the front - exposing her chest to the sub-zero temperatures.
The pop star looked rather regal in a floor-length dusty pink beaded gown as she headed out to Chez Andre for dinner.
The 24-year-old paired the gown with her signature round-rimmed glasses and a delicate vintage-inspired evening bag.
Helping hand: With her towering heels, it's no surprise the singer needed a bit of help getting out of her car
With her hair and eyebrows dramatically dyed ice-white, Gaga toned down her make-up opting for more neutral tones.
In keeping with the Parisian theme, she bundled her hair into a chic French twist.
Despite the cold and her inappropriate outfit, the singer made sure she stopped to greet fans, aka her 'little monsters' to sign autographs and pose for photos.
Gaga was furious when she was forced to cancel her Parisien concert on Sunday due to a severe snowstorm.

The Paparazzi star launched an angry tirade on Twitter and apologised profusely to her fans for the cancellation of her Parisian show.
Severe snowstorms had crippled the city, hampering the singer’s ability to make it to the Parisian Bercy venue on time for her Monsterball show. Gaga was stuck on her tour bus after the snow on the roads had turned to slush, causing catastrophic traffic delays.
She wrote: 'I love Paris and I love my French fans. I'm sorry little monsters. A photo of storm, I'm stuck on bus,' posting a Twitpic of her rainy bus window.

The singer was also furious at the French government after they detained her equipment and arrested two of her entourage ahead of the show.
According to reports, they were banned from the roads because of the horrendous weather conditions.
Gaga wrote: 'All 28 of my trucks for the Monsterball were detained by the French government. Two of my employees were arrested trying to get into Paris so we could perform. I am furious and devastated, its unfair to my fans and to me.'
She then tried desperately to salvage the situation in an effort to not let down her fans commonly known as 'little monsters'.
The concert is now rescheduled for Tuesday night and the singer says she will make sure not to disappoint her fans.
'Today's cancelled Paris show is rescheduled for Tuesday, 2moro's show will happen as planned,' she wrote on Sunday. ' promise to give u the nights of ure life. X'
